Delivery and Payment Terms for Project Sales of Lamps

  1. Delivery Terms:
  • Delivery Time: 6-8 weeks after order confirmation and received deposit, subject to raw material availability and production capacity.
  • Delivery Location: FOB (Free on Board) at [port/city name] or as agreed. Alternatively, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) can be arranged for an additional fee.
  • Transport: Shipping is arranged by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. We can assist with logistics and freight solutions if needed.
  • Packaging: Products are delivered in secure transport packaging to minimize the risk of damage during shipment.
  1. Payment Terms:
  • Deposit: 30% upon order confirmation.
  • Balance Payment: 70% within 7 days after completion notification and before shipment.
  • Payment Method: Bank transfer (SWIFT), with all bank fees covered by the buyer.
  • Currency: USD / EUR (depending on the agreement).

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT and duties unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are based on the agreed quantity — changes in volume may result in price adjustments.

  • Quality Assurance: All lamps undergo quality control before shipment.
  • Claims: Any claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. Documentation, such as photos, must be attached.
  • Warranty: 2-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects.
  1. Cancellation and Changes:
  • Orders cannot be canceled after production has started without a written agreement.
  • Design or specification changes after order confirmation may incur additional costs and extended delivery time.
  1. Force Majeure:
  • We reserve the right to postpone delivery in case of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, raw material shortages).
